All sales are final except in the following cases:

 

Defective Items

If a product arrives defective or non-functional, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be uninstalled and in the same condition as received.

 

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to carrier handling, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

 

How to Request a Return

Email nate@proutsurplus.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will respond within 2 business days.

 

Conditions

Returns are accepted only for defective or shipping-damaged items. Items showing signs of installation, modification, or misuse are not eligible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
